Mrs. Betty, founder and director of IBA is not only an entrepreneur; she is also a leader, a mentor and a coach. One of her purposes in life is to empower woman, and she enjoys “polishing rough diamonds, helping them grow, not only as a professional, but as a individuals; I work on their self-esteem, their fears and insecurities; they learn how to talk and treat people, I teach them the important value of customer service and satisfaction, and when they graduate, start working and start making good money, they feel so accomplish that I can see them shinning with their own glow, is magical” as she said.

“When students call or text us right after they finish their state exams and say: “oh my God, thank you for teaching me so much, I’m so blessed to have you and call you my teacher. I was the most prepare person in that examination room” and then, they come around or send us pictures holding their license, give us a hug and say THANK YOU SO MUCH” “that’s when we feel that we have accomplished our purpose with every one of our students, and is the vitamin we need to continue striving for the best.

Since 2011 we have been preparing students to change their life and start an amazing career in the nail industry.  We fully prepared them to pass their State Licensing Exams and trained them for their future career as Nail Technicians. We cover one of the most important factors of the nail industry, CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. Pretty much anyone can provide customer service; but customer satisfaction is the highest level of a service. We’ll train you on how to deal with the day by day nail business situations as well as how to fix those minor problems before they become bigger. Our instructors also prepare you with our very own strategy to build clientele fast enough that in a year or less you can have sufficient clientele to easily open your own salon. We don’t prepare “employees”, we prepare future business owners!
